Revision of electoral roll 2019

Every six years our electoral roll undergoes a total revision. All names are removed and everyone who wants to be on it must fill in a new form.

Being on the electoral roll allows members to have a say in church matters, either at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting, APCM, or through the Parochial Church Council, PCC. If you attend church regularly the clergy recommend that you are a member.

The timescale for the revision is very specific. New forms will be available for the congregation from 24 February until 10 March. They will be at the back of the church and should be filled in and handed to a member of the clergy or Liz Delap (electoral roll officer).

From 10 March to 24 March the new roll will be displayed near the west door. The APCM will take place on 24 March, when the new roll becomes live.

If you become 16 from 10 to 24 March there is provision for you to sign up in this period.

Anyone who misses the deadline of 10 March may still sign up after 24 March.
